Ryze abilities

• Arcane Mastery: Ryze's abilities reduce the cooldown of all other abilities.
• Overload: Passive: Ryze permanently gains Cooldown Reduction. Active: Ryze unleashes an orb of energy, dealing magic damage to his target.
• Rune Prison: Ryze magically imprisons an enemy, rooting them and dealing magic damage.
• Spell Flux: Ryze fires a chaotic bolt of magic that can bounce between enemies, dealing magic damage and reducing their Magic Resist.
• Desperate Power: Ryze temporary harnesses his full powers, gaining area of effect damage on all abilities, Spell Vamp, and Move Speed for a short time.
