Champion Bio
OG Gangplank burst onto the Rift as one of the initial 40 champions, and quickly found a home in the top lane. His old E - Raise Morale - could kill off friendly minions, which earned him the nickname of "Denyplank," leaving his lane opponent just as salty as the pirate himself. Oh, and if anyone caught up to him, he'd simply eat an orange, and it was 'k.
What Changed in Classic
- Cannon Barrage (R) has random cannonballs instead of consistent AOE damage - Raise Morale (E) grants move speed and Attack damage both passively and upon activation - Parrrley (Q) grants gold (no more silver serpents)
Gangplank Abilities
PGrog-Soaked Blade
Gangplank's attacks apply a poison that deals magic damage per second, increasing with level.
QParrrley
Gangplank takes aim and shoots an enemy unit with his pistol. If Parrrley deals a killing blow, he gains extra gold and half the mana cost is refunded.
WRemove Scurvy
Consumes a large quantity of citrus fruit which clears any crowd control effects on him and heals him.
ERaise Morale
Gangplank fires a shot into the air, increasing nearby allied champions' attack damage and movement speed.
RCannon Barrage
Gangplank signals his ship to fire upon an area for 7 seconds, slowing enemies and dealing damage in random locations within the area.
